Hub defeats one of Slypharis' two victims by blowing his head with a shotgun. However, to his dismay, the gun runs out of bullets after he misses the other host’s head. This is when his eyes fall on a chainsaw, which he drives through the demon host’s head before he can harm him. AlthoughThe Bondsmancomes nowhere close to being as iconic asAsh vs Evil Dead, it does a decent job of dropping a subtle reference to the horror comedy series with its brutal chainsaw kill scene.
