When the series premiered in 2018, it aired against the Winter Olympics. It then returned the following year, but wasn’t seen again until 2022, when it once again went up against the Winter Olympics. Executive producer Allison Grodner stated thatCelebrity Big Brotheris most often offered as an alternative to the Winter Olympics, so that could be how CBS utilizes it in the future.This would mean that season 4 won’t premiere until 2026.
However, Allison and her fellow executive producer Rich Meehan would like to seeCelebrity Big Brotherreturn even sooner. She said that they can’t speak for CBS, butthey agree that the series is worthy of being on TV every other year or even annually.
