Special Ops- Lioness poster

Taylor Sheridan. I’m so enamored of him and his work. He’s so prolific, and it’s always good. I was cast by him to play the role that he wrote. So it’s almost as if he’s saying to me, ‘I wrote this for you,’ which is flattering in and of itself. After that, there’s nothing like putting on a pair of comfortable shoes.

Our Take On Morgan Freeman’s Lioness Casting

Lioness Has A Big Cast

Looking at theLionesscast, it seems that many of the roles could have been written with certain actors in mind. Sheridan positions three powerhouse leads here in Kidman, Saldana, and Freeman. All three actors are primarily known for their film work, which makes their casting inLionessparticularly unique and interesting. I think Sheridan was probably thinking ofFreemanwhen he wrote hisLionessrole, and so far this thoughtfulness has played out as a great performance.
