InIndiana Jones and the Great Circle, players can solve optional side mysteries such as The Haunting for additional rewards likeAdventure Points and hidden items. Some of these items can be Adventure Books, which are quite valuable as they can be used to upgrade Indy’s combat prowess, health and stamina bars, and inventory management. However, sometimes they can also be collectible items, such as Ancient Relics, that will initiate additional fieldwork quests.

Each level in this game contains quite a few mysteries to solve, and Gizeh is no exception. Exploring every nook and cranny of the levels will typically yield new quests and rewards to engage with, which aligns with the adventurous nature of theIndiana Jonesfranchise. Mysteries can be initiated in a number of ways, butcollecting documents and notes from around the levels is a surefire way to find them. One of these mysteries in Gizeh is “The Haunting,” in which Indy learns about possible paranormal activity at a nearby excavation site.

How To Start The Haunting Mystery

Search Inside The Small Nazi Camp

In order to start The Haunting Mystery, you will need to navigate over to the small Nazi camp in the opening section of Gizeh. Entering through the front will anger the guards, so head around to the right side of the camp andlocate a small hole in the fencethat Indy can crouch through. Sneak around the perimeter of the camp until you reach the larger tent, which contains the necessary documents for beginning the mystery.

I recommend grabbing a sturdy improvised weapon, such as a shovel or sledgehammer, in case you get spotted by the guards.

As soon as you enter, take out the guard that is staring at the shelves and hide his body in the corner of the tent, so no guards outside can see him. Look at the table on the right side of the tent, and you will find adocument titled “Hauntings Report,“which will initiate The Haunting Mystery upon its collection. There is no need to use the camera like intheFountain of Confession puzzle, butmake sure to grab the Haunted Tomb Keyas well, as you will need this in order to continue onward with the quest.

How To Solve The Haunting Mystery

Take A Stealthy Approach

Once you have escaped the small Nazi camp, head west towards the Haunted Tomb in question. There will be a few guards outside its entrance, butmake use of the vehicles as coverin order to take them out quietly, avoiding the use of your gun. Once the guards have been dealt with, you may safely approach the door to the Haunted Tomb and use the Haunted Tomb Key to unlock it.

There are sometimes patrols that will make their way along the road, so make sure to hide the guards' bodies before entering the Haunted Tomb.

Indiana Jones & The Great Circle: How To Enter The Underground Boxing Ring In The Vatican

In Indiana Jones & The Great Circle, players can enter the Underground Boxing Ring in the Vatican City by acquiring a Blackshirt disguise.

Descend the stairs and look left to find that the path is obstructed by rubble. You will need to crouch in order to continue, which will put Indy in a prone position that will allow him to crawl underneath the rocks. This will bring you to a room with a radio that is emitting haunted sounds.Pick up the Spy’s Noteto find out the haunted noises are all a trick in order to scare the Nazis away from the tomb, as the spy does not want any artifacts to fall into their hands.

Collecting the Spy’s Note will complete The Haunting Mystery and reward you with Adventure Points. There is no Adventure Book like at the end of theFortune’s Reach Mystery, but there is an Ancient Relic that can be collected to progress the Riddles of the Ancients quest in Gizeh. Now that this mystery has been solved, you can continue exploring Gizeh inIndiana Jones and the Great Circle.
