While an actual official confirmation of a Nintendo Switch port ofHi-Fi Rushis yet to be announced, the fact that Tango Gameworks has been revived by Krafton certainly makes it a far greater reality than it ever had been before. Rumors circulated around aNintendo Switch 2 port ofHi-Fi Rush, and it’s likely that this is the version players will get to experience in the future.Krafton has pledged to continue the generalHi-Fi RushIPas well as Tango Gameworks' other projects.

Krafton, the publisher that purchased Tango Gameworks, is best known for publishingPUBG: BattlegroundsandThe Callisto Protocol.It has reassured fans that it wants to allow Tango Gameworks to continue working on its beloved IP, especiallyHi-Fi Rush, after it won a plethora ofawards at the 2023 Game Awards. Hi-Fi Rush Nintendo Switch Port Has Yet To Be Confirmed

Tango’s Development Plans Have Likely Seen Delays

Naturally, fans will be eagerly awaiting an official Nintendo Switch reveal forHi-Fi Rushnow that Tango Gameworks has been saved. If a port was in the works, it’s likely that development may soon resume, and if it wasn’t, then it’s possible Krafton will oversee its development, especially considering the demand for it among the Nintendo Switch community. The rumors regarding the game coming to the Switch 2 – or whatever the Switch successor console is named – also throw a wrinkle into things, since Nintendo’s new hardware has yet to be revealed.

Even for Tango and Krafton, it’s possible that the timeline for any potential Switch port is unclear. The closure, and subsequent acquisition and re-opening of the developer is surely going to take time, and it’s unclear how far along a Switch version ofHi-Fi Rush, if it exists, is.
