Joseph Gordon-Levittis now going to return to directing after over a decade, with a new AI thriller.Gordon-Levitt is an actor, creator, producer, and director,whose career started in the late ’80s when he played the character Rounder inStranger on My Land. Since then, Gordon-Levitt has gone on to have a number of iconic roles, including in the movies50/50,The Dark Knight Rises, andLooper. After directing a series of short films, Gordon-Levitt made his directorial feature debut in 2013 withDon Jon.
PerDeadline,Gordon-Levitt will now return to directing. The project does not yet have a title, but is said to be an AI thriller. The film will be produced by Rian Johnson’s production company, T-Street Productions. Anne Hathaway is set to star in the film in an undisclosed role. In addition to directing, Gordon-Levitt penned the movie’s screenplay with Kieran Fitzgerald.
