Initially, looking at Bullseye’s ability, you may think that your best bet is to include a lot of low-cost cards, but that isn’t really the move. Bullseye’s -2 affliction won’t win you many games, even if you hit many enemies. It’s not worth using too many low-cost cards and depriving yourself of a good deck just to give a minor debuff to opponents. Bullseye’s true power comes frominteractions with other popular discard cards like Swarm and Morbius.

When Swarm creates its two zero-cost copies in your hand, that’s two more cards to discard with Bullseye. When they’re discarded, each will make an additional two zero-cost copies. These are nice tools for buffing lanes for free or could be used to discard even more cards. The more cards you’re able to discard throughout the game, the bigger your Morbius will get.

BecauseSwarm is one of the better cards to pair Bullseye with, you may also want cards that interact with its copies. For instance, The Collector will increase its own power each time you discard a Swarm and make new copies. Victoria Hand will also give any copies you make extra power, making them five-power cards that cost nothing to play. As for synergy with Morbius, Moonstone is a good option to really lock down whatever lane he is in.
You will often see MODOK alongside Bullseyein most builds. MODOK might not synergize with Bullseye directly, butMODOK interacts well with the same card pool. While other cards work well with Bullseye, these are some of the most common ones used with it.

WhileMarvel Snapwon’t let you choose whichlocations you’re going to get, these are some to look out for when playing with a Bullseye deck. The best locations are probably going to be ones thathelp fuel your discard strategy. This means locations like Mt. Wundagore will have you discard a card after you play one there. T.A.H.I.T.I. can be good, as you’ll get copies of discarded cards. That said, you may not want to clog up the board with cards you’ve discarded, so it is situational.
Marvel SNAP: Red Hulk Deck Build (Tips, Cards, & Strategies)
The new Red Hulk in Marvel SNAP is very true to the character and not to be underestimated while it dominates any location it is played in.
The Weapon X facility can also be useful for a Bullseye deck since you’ll get a free discard off it and another card to replace whatever you pitch. Although not discard-related,Mojoworld works well with your strategy if you’re using Morbius. Morbius can often become the most powerful card in a given location. While he can normally be beaten by opponents who play multiple cards in his lane, the extra +100 power from Mojoworld can easily make it impossible for opponents to pass you.
Kamar-Taj can also sometimes work well with Bullseye, depending on your hand. While typically, Bullseye’s effect going off twice in a row won’t do anything because you’ve already discarded your one and zero-cost cards, it can work if you have something that creates more cards in your hand when discarded. However, This can get a little out of hand if you’re making too many Swarm cloners, as you could reach maximum hand size and prevent yourself from drawing into a needed win condition.

Bullseye decks are usually going to have some crossover, asthe card operates well within a small niche. For example, Swarm and Morbius will likely pop up in any deck that you run with Bullseye. That said, there is still some wiggle room to play around with different Bullseye builds that can make the best use of his abilities.

Helicarrier
This Bullseye build uses many of the strategies discussed in the “best cards” section. In addition to those, this deck runs Helicarrier. Helicarrier works well with Victoria Hand’s ability to buff created cards and can help keep your hand full if you aren’t able to generate as many Swarm clones as you’d like. Moonstone works well in this deck because there are several cards it can synergize with to significant effect. Dropping it next to a Morbius doubles up the power-per-discard you generate, whereas putting it alongside Victoria Hand makes any cards you create spawn with an additional four powers.
MODOK
This build makes a few changes that can work nicely with Bullseye. Miek, for example, is a great early-game play and its flexibility can help you swap which lane you’re going for on the fly. Bullseye can also discard it if drawn too late in the game to be impactful. Daken is another good addition to this type of deck since there are plenty of tools for discarding its Muramasa Shard. Gambit is here for the riskierMarvel Snapplayers, but I wouldn’t blame you for not wanting to use a card that relies on chance so heavily.
