Shinji and his allies will take a break from their fight against the angels to work with Ronald McDonald, leaving the group to create a meal that anime fans will love as much as the anime series.
The fast-food giant announced this upcoming collaboration over on its official X (formerly Twitter) account. The event was first teased as McDonald’s posted an image of the characteristic alert kanji from the Third Impact. It did not take long for in-house images of the McDonald’s meal deal to go live as fans rushed to restaurants in Japan. And now, fans have been given aclear look at the toys which are a part of this epic meal dealas you can find down below.
Update:Taking to social media, McDonald’s has unveiled a first look at its Neon Genesis Evangelion collaboration. The event,as you can see here, is kicking off in Japan just in time for the holidays. Through a lottery, McDonald’s guests will be able to enter to win toys based on Evangelion’s iconic mechs. However, this time around, the suits are based on iconic McDonald’s food items such as its sodas, burgers, and fries.
