Disney Parkshas shared the first look at a new mission in theStar Wars: Galaxy’s Edgeattraction,Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, which aligns with the upcomingThe Mandalorian and Grogumovie - and thus ties in directly withStar Wars’next movie. It was announced at 2024’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event thatDin Djarinand Grogu would be getting their own storyline in theMillennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Runattraction, but details about this were few and far between. Now, however, new information has been revealed.

Announced at the SXSW panel The Future of World-Building at Disney, withScreen Rantin attendance, three gorgeous pieces of concept art reveal the first good look at the attraction’s brand-new storyline. This concept art includesthe return of Din Djarin’s belovedRazor Crestship, the planet Bespin fromThe Empire Strikes Back, a Jawa Crawling Fortress, and even the remains of one of the Death Starspace stations. What’s most thrilling, however, is that this new storyline will debut the same day thatThe Mandalorian and Groguhits theaters: July 10, 2025. This meansthe brand-new mission could tie directly into the movie, or at least share some thrilling similarities. Whether we’re visiting Bespin on the big screen again or not is left to be seen, but it can certainly be visited once this new mission hitsSmuggler’s Run.
