While Jamie’s parents will connect in 18th century Scotland, and Claire’s in the 20th century, there are bound to be similarities to the struggles they face in life and love. The showmay also look to incorporate the early lives of Jamie and Claire as children, but that would have to happen after their parents had met and fallen in love.
