“Jac Schaeffer, the creator, came into my trailer and she said, ‘Patti, I’m just here to tell you that Lilia’s going to die,’ and I went, ‘But I wanted a second season…' [Schaffer] said, ‘I don’t do second seasons. She said, ‘They wanted me to do a second season of Wanda Vision and I didn’t.’ She said, ‘There’s too much to write,’ so she does one-offs and I’m really hoping and praying that someday I get to work with her again because she’s magic.”
What Patti LuPone’s WandaVision Season 2 Comments Mean
WandaVision And Agatha All Along Won’t Have A Second Season
WandaVisionpresented a sitcom format that paid homage to TV comedy series from different eras, butWandaVision’s plot itself didn’t follow a traditional long-term episodic format. As soon as Wanda Maximoff’s Westview illusion collapsed, the possibility of her rebuilding her artificial sitcom life was gone.WandaVisionseason 2 could only happen if Wanda somehow created another hex, but that’s extremely unlikely after her Westview family disappeared right in front of her eyes and she doubled down on her evil desires inDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. It makes sense forWandaVisionto be a standalone title.
I’m So Glad Agatha All Along’s Super Dark Ending Moment Was Cut From The Final Show
Agatha All Along creator Jac Schaeffer has revealed another unused plan from the series' epic final battle, and it’s a good thing it wasn’t included.
On the other hand,Agatha All Alongepisode 9’s endingleft the door open for a second season, as Agatha Harkness and Billy Maximoff reunited to continue their journey together.Agatha All Alongseason 2 could have followed a similar plot to season 1, this time outside the Witches' Road and with the search for Tommy Maximoff taking center stage. However, Jac Schaeffer’s refusal to make a second season might mean that Agatha and Billy won’t star in another series of their own, though they could continue their respective stories in other character’s shows and movies.
