PS Plus Has Both Real & Magical Sports In September 2024

And One Spooky Puzzle Adventure

Harry Potter: QuidditchChampionsadapts the iconic wizarding world sport, giving it a dedicated video game for the first time since 2003’sQuidditch World Cup. Though it sports plenty of character customization and online multiplayer,it oddly only lets players compete in teams of three, even though the fictional sport comprises seven-person teams. Players switch between twoplayableQuidditch Championscharacterson the pitch, with the other controlled by a bot, but all four positions – Seeker, Chaser, Beater, and Keeper – are playable.

MLB The Show 24is a far more grounded experience as the premier baseball sim. The yearly title used to be a PlayStation exclusive, but has grown significantly in popularity with recent years' iterations coming to other platforms, including Xbox, Switch, and PC.MLB The Show 24arrives on PS Plus just in time for the last stretch of the Major League’s regularseason and the upcoming post-season.
