The Canon Novel Is an Important Part ofStar WarsLore and Needs a Comic Continuation

A New Dawn, published in 2014, focuses on an aimless Kanan. After losing everything when he was just a child as the Republic fell, Kanan wandered listlessly for a long while, eventually coming to work as a freight pilot assisting in a mission to mine the planet Cynda.
