While the show may be over for now, Stephen King is campaigning forEvilseason 5. After three acclaimed seasons on both CBS and Paramount+, it was announced that the show about a team of supernatural investigators for the Catholic Church would be ending with season 4, leaving longtime fans of the horror drama disappointed.Much ofEvil’s casthave voiced their mixed feelings about the show coming to an end, with creators Robert and Michelle King also having teased their original plans for a potential season 5.

The post, as seen above, features a brief message from the iconic horror author toParamount+ requesting “More EVIL, please”.His call for season 5 comes just a few days after King’s review for the show was circulated by star Katja Herbers on Twitter, with the author further expounding his thoughts in a quote tweet.

Beyond just their disappointment at the decision to end the show, the mainEvilcast all expressed their openness to returning for a potential revival, with Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin andMichael Emerson having all toldScreen Rantthat the show would close out well, but wanting more. One major storyline is Leland’s ultimate fate, in which he is trapped inside a box in the silent monastery from season 2 with Sister Andrea guarding him.
