Hints for the next Remix chapter ofFortnitehave been revealed through teaser packages. The packages were sent to creators and media, which included several items showing off whatFortnite OG RemixChapter 2 will include.

According toShiinaon X, some creators have already received packages with pins and other extras and items hinting at what the next chapter will include. Among these is a pin showing a cat face with a scar, leading to speculation that the chapter will include amashup of two of the most popularFortniteskins of all time, Meowscles and Midas, dubbed “Meowdas” by fans.

“Meowdas” would be a fun throwback tothe popularFortniteskinsintroduced back in Season 2. The preview packages alsosuggest that Boogie Bombs may be making a comeback,much to the terror of seasoned players.

A Mashup Is Exciting, Though Fans Wish The Game Would

Meowscles features an adorable cat head on a comically muscular body, while Midas is a dapper, noir-esque take on the King Midas myth. A combination of the two might result in a swole but dapper Meowscles with Midas' golden hand and, as the promotional pin suggests, a facial scar.

TheFortnitepromotional packages hint that the game will be bringing back another item that players aren’t as excited about. The Boogie Bomb, like Midas and Meowscles, was introduced in Season 2. When thrown, they force all players in the area of effect to start dancing for several seconds. Although the idea behind them is fun and hilarious,they ended up just being a huge annoyance and were eventually removed from the game.

Now, fans are worried that it might be returning during the next chapter, as one of the pins included in the promotional packages looks distinctly like the bomb.ProfessoriSepi’s comment on Reddit captures the general opinion that fans have of the notorious Boogie Bombs potentially coming back into the game.
