Summary
Allison Mack was a regular fixture of theDC UniverseinSmallvillewhere she played Chloe Sullivan, but she only appeared in 6 episodes of the show’s final season.Sullivan had the second-longest tenure on the series, behind only Tom Welling, and appeared in 205 episodes, including many ofSmallville’s most rewatchable episodes. While performers like John Glover andPete Ross III leftSmallvilleearly, Mack remained almost until the end.As an original character, it seemed possible to integrate Chloe into different stories, beginning with her appearing as a Lois Lane archetype and ending with her character fully integrated in the DC world of superheroes.Chloe Sullivan’s contribution to the show was considerable, and it’s worth looking at why she did not appear in every episode of the final season.
