The X-Men get some great cosplay designs within the nerd community, with this latest image featuring over a dozen comic-accurate heroes and villains!
Uploaded to Instagram by the Wolverine cosplayer in the image, Daelin Taylor (@allthingscosplay), as well as the photo editor of the piece,@wens.1998, these two nerd talents consistently embody popular Marvel characters, with Daelin mostly focusing on bringing Logan to life, while @wens.1998, when not editing photos, slips into the spandex of Spider-Man.
Previously dressing in Wolverine’s signature yellow and blue outfit, Daelin has also stepped into the shoes of Matt Murdock in lawyer garb, U.S. Agent, Spider-Man, and even DC’s Batman and Shazam, with the progression of Daelin’s cosplay skills being noticeable from project to project.

A cover drawn by the legendary Todd McFarlane,The Incredible Hulk #340was a watershed moment for both Logan and Dr. Bruce Banner— especially since Hulk was the first Marvel character Wolverine came into contact with in comics — with this artwork getting an official live-action adaptation duringDeadpool’s tour of the multiverse inDeadpool & Wolverine. Recreated countless times over the years by various artists and comic series, likeMarvel Zombies,Wolverine,Black Panther, and two different variant covers released for the recentWolverine versus Predatorseries, this piece of art is renowned for good reason, something this cosplay understands completely.
Doing justice to McFarlane’s art,Daelin’s brown and orange costume is the spitting image of what a real-world take on this comic-accurate design should look like, with the cowl’s white eyes and sharp adamantium claws selling thisepic Wolverine cosplayas the Hollywood-level outfit is it. Going a step further than the original art, @wens.1998 adds a noticeable amount of blood on Wolverine’s face and costume, as well as a forest background that mimics the book’s interior art once Logan and Hulk engage in battle (sans the snow), creating an image that impresses on all levels.
