This quest comes from the main story ofZenless Zone Zero, so you should encounter it early in your adventures. This mission teaches you the basics behind TV Hollow puzzles, giving you some information needed to solve the ones from the Last Delivery Order.

This commission can be seen for the first time when you get a text from the Courier. This lets you accept the Last Delivery Order any time you want since it is a side quest not tied to the main story progression. However, much likeearning the trust of Agents, you’ll want to do this commission sooner rather than later for the multitude of rewards it offers for completing it.
When you’re ready,head to Random Playin the video store to officially accept the commission. From here,open up the HDD Systemto see the first puzzle tied to the Last Delivery Order. This is the only one where you’ll receive some advice, as the remaining three puzzles can only be solved by your problem-solving alone.

Spend Gear Coins And Avoid Danger
The best strategy for forming routes during the Last Delivery Order puzzles is toavoid enemies and make the shortest path possible. Some puzzles require you to spend Gear Coins or open Gates to move forward, making it tricky to visualize the full picture. You may want totake a photo inZenless Zone Zeroof a puzzle partially through it to see what steps you can take next as you go.
Observation Data must be collected after the second and third puzzles by spending Gear Coins. The first time this happens, you only need to spend 500 Gear Coins, but the second instance demands 1,500 Coins to progress the commission.
